This course unit introduces internal and external data structures as well as computer algorithms.Examines the implementation of common data structures, time and space efficiency issues and the design and analysis of simple algorithms determining their performance.
The programme introduces Object Oriented design for re-use of general purpose applications, the Java API and Abstract Windowing Toolkit. The use of Java as an object-oriented programming language including encapsulation, simple inheritance, and polymorphism; design of Java classes using Java interfaces and packages.
The purpose of this module is to study reaction engineering core concepts: kinetics, ideal reactors and the packed bed reactor. You will learn how these concepts are applied in models commonly used for homogeneous fluids. This will allow you to analyse data of systems consisting of single reactors with elementary kinetics.
This course Introduces learners to Database management systems, Data Modeling Using the E-R Model and Introduction to SQL, etc.
